The Team
Lead bartender Diego has been with us since we opened. Twelve years behind various Tampa bars before that. He doesn't just make drinks — he reads people. You sit at his bar, he'll have a cocktail in front of you in about ninety seconds that's exactly what you needed without you ever ordering.
Tasha runs weekend service. She came up through Ybor cocktail bars and brought a level of technical precision to our program that we didn't have before. She's also responsible for our most popular signature drink, the Fuego Sunset.
Marcus rounds out the team on weeknights. Quieter, faster, and the best in the building at remembering your usual after one visit.
What to Order
Ask. Tell your bartender what you usually drink, what you're feeling, and what you don't like. They'll handle the rest. That's the whole point.
